Responsibilities

- Handle image optimisation, accessibility checks and basic HTML and CSS adjustments.
- Manage user accounts, backups and content workflows for marketing and other teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years maintaining business websites, with WordPress expertise and familiarity with Shopify or Webflow.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript or PHP for small fixes and customisations.
- Experience with hosting environments such as cPanel, WP Engine, Kinsta or SiteGround, plus DNS and SSL management.
- Hands-on with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Understanding of website security, backups and performance optimisation.
- Reliable, well-organised and able to manage a queue of update requests from several teams.
- Clear written English for reporting and for handling requests from non-technical colleagues.
