Requirements
- 5+ years in insurance broking support, account management or insurer operations.
- Experienced with broker platforms such as Applied Epic, EZLynx, HawkSoft, Insight or Winbeat.
- Understands general insurance products, policy wordings and the renewal cycle.
- Works for the client's licensed broker, who gives the advice and binds cover.
- Accurate with data, deadlines and documentation across a large book of clients.
- Warm, professional English for client and insurer calls and emails.
- An insurance qualification such as ANZIIF Tier 1, a CII certificate or a state licence is an advantage.
