Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to track candidate progress, manage candidate data, and generate recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Acquisition Strategy and Optimization:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, and initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant work experience or certifications may be considered.
