Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • - Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • - Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for open positions.
  • - Build talent pipelines and maintain a pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • - Build relationships with candidates, providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance to keep them engaged and informed.
  • - Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization and promoting its employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
  • - Coordinate interview schedules, debrief sessions, and hiring decisions with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
  • - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to track candidate progress, manage candidate data, and generate recruitment reports.
  • - Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy and Optimization:
  • - Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, and initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • - Analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant work experience or certifications may be considered.
  • - experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • - Strong understanding of recruitment principles, processes, and best practices, with experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • - Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • - Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to navigate challenges and overcome obstacles in the recruitment process.
  • - Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment, documentation, and compliance with recruitment standards.
  • - Ethical conduct and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information and recruitment-related matters.
  • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with a customer-focused approach to recruitment.
