Responsibilities

• Design surveys, experiments, sampling plans and clinical or market studies with appropriate power and sample size calculations.
• Clean, validate and analyse datasets using R, SAS, Stata, SPSS or Python.
• Apply methods such as regression, mixed models, survival analysis, time series and Bayesian approaches as the question requires.
• Write statistical analysis plans and document methods so results are reproducible and audit-ready.
• Produce tables, figures and listings, and interpret findings in plain-language reports and presentations.
• Advise product, marketing, finance or research teams on the right method and the limits of what the data can say.
• Review analyses by others for errors in method, assumptions or interpretation.
• Build reusable scripts, templates and dashboards for recurring analyses.
• Ensure data handling meets privacy, ethics and regulatory standards such as ICH E9 for clinical work.
