Responsibilities
- Design road, drainage, stormwater, grading and utility infrastructure using Civil 3D, 12d Model or OpenRoads.
- Prepare engineering calculations, design reports and specifications to the client's local standards for their registered engineer's certification.
- Model stormwater and hydraulic systems in HEC-RAS, DRAINS, XPSWMM or similar.
- Produce construction drawing sets, quantities and cost estimates for tenders and approvals.
- Review survey, geotechnical and environmental data and incorporate it into designs.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and planners to resolve site constraints.
- Prepare permit and planning submission documentation for the client's engineer to lodge.
- Respond to contractor RFIs and review shop drawings and submittals during construction.
- Check junior engineers' and drafters' work for accuracy and standard compliance.
- Maintain design standards, templates and CAD libraries for the civil team.

Requirements
- A civil engineering degree with a Philippine PRC licence, and at least 5 years of design experience in land development, roads or drainage.
- Proficient in Civil 3D, 12d Model or OpenRoads and hydraulic tools such as HEC-RAS, DRAINS or XPSWMM.
- Experience designing to international codes such as AASHTO, Austroads or UK DMRB, working under the client's registered engineer who certifies the work.
- Strong grasp of stormwater, pavement, earthworks and utility design principles.
- Clear written and spoken English for design reports, coordination and client meetings.
- Careful, self-checking and able to manage several design packages to deadline.
