Responsibilities
- Salesforce Customization & Development: Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce applications to support business functions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Integration: Develop and manage API integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Data Management: Manage and optimize Salesforce data structures, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes. Perform data migration and cleansing activities when needed.
- Technical Design: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand technical and functional requirements and develop appropriate Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Configuration: Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, and reports to meet business needs.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure solutions are stable and meet performance requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce development processes, workflows, and customizations.
- Maintenance & Updates: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications. Implement Salesforce updates, patches, and new releases.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure Salesforce security controls (e.g., profiles, roles, permission sets) are correctly implemented and aligned with organizational policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams, to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD processes.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with Salesforce configurations and data.
- Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
