- Hands-on experience shipping AI agents or assistants into real business workflows, with examples to show.
- Strong with OpenAI, Anthropic and other model APIs, prompt design, retrieval (RAG) and tool or function calling.
- Comfortable with Zapier, Make or n8n, REST APIs and webhooks, plus Python or JavaScript for custom steps.
- Able to scope a business problem, estimate the payoff and explain trade-offs to non-technical owners.
- Careful with data privacy and security, and disciplined about testing before anything goes live.
