Requirements
- At least 5 years as a business analyst or product analyst, including 2 years on projects involving machine learning, LLMs or automation.
- Strong SQL and Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
- Working understanding of how LLMs, classification models and RAG systems behave, including their failure modes.
- Experience with agile delivery, user story writing and tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro.
- Knowledge of data privacy principles and responsible AI practices relevant to the client's industry.
- A recognised business analysis qualification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA is a plus.
- Very good written and spoken English for workshops, documentation and stakeholder presentations.
- Reliable high-speed internet and backup power, with availability during the client's business hours.
