Responsibilities

  • Visual Conceptualization:
  • - Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for various marketing materials, including logos, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media graphics.
  • - Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
  • - Translate conceptual ideas into visual representations that effectively communicate brand identity, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Graphic Design Creation:
  • - Create high-quality graphic designs using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • - Produce digital and print assets that adhere to brand guidelines, typography standards, and design principles.
  • - Incorporate color theory, composition, and imagery to enhance visual appeal and convey desired mood or message.
  • Brand Identity Development:
  • - Design and refine brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines, to establish a consistent and cohesive brand image.
  • - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital platforms to maintain brand integrity and recognition.
  • Digital Design and Multimedia:
  • - Design engaging digital experiences, including website layouts, user interfaces (UI), and interactive elements such as icons, buttons, and animations.
  • - Create multimedia content such as infographics, videos, and presentations to communicate complex information and data visually.
  • Collaboration and Feedback Incorporation:
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • - Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients, stakeholders, and team members to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.
  • - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred; relevant work experience or portfolio may be considered.
  • - Experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, creative concepts, and visual styles across print and digital mediums.
  • - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • - Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • - Creative problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client preferences.
  • - Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to design projects.
  • - Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
