- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating paperwork completion.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and HR-related documents.
- Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with benefits enrollment, eligibility verification, and claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate administration of employee benefits programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits coverage, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures.
HR Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment practices.
- Assist in the dissemination of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees and provide guidance on compliance matters.
Employee Relations and Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and requests related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant work experience or certifications may be considered.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles, with exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, or employee relations.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a desire to learn and develop HR knowledge and skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
