Responsibilities
- Maintain the quality management system documentation including the quality manual, procedures and work instructions.
- Plan and conduct internal audits against ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or AS9100 and report findings to management.
- Manage corrective and preventive actions, tracking root cause analysis and verifying effectiveness.
- Coordinate external certification audits and customer audits, preparing evidence and closing findings.
- Track quality metrics such as non-conformances, customer complaints and cost of poor quality and present them at management reviews.
- Control quality records, calibration schedules and supplier quality documentation.
- Support supplier evaluation and monitoring with audits, scorecards and corrective action requests.
- Train staff on quality procedures and changes to the management system.
- Coordinate customer complaint investigations and formal responses such as 8D reports.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools.

Requirements
- Five or more years coordinating quality systems in manufacturing, engineering or a regulated industry.
- Qualified ISO 9001 internal or lead auditor, with IATF 16949, AS9100 or ISO 13485 exposure valued.
- Experienced with quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, control plans and SPC, and software such as Minitab or a QMS platform.
- A degree in engineering, science or quality management, or equivalent experience.
- Clear English for audit reports, procedures and customer correspondence.
- Organised, thorough and able to hold departments to their commitments.
