Responsibilities
- Develop architectural, structural or services models in Revit to the level of detail set in the BIM execution plan.
- Produce construction documentation including plans, sections, details and schedules directly from the model.
- Run clash detection in Navisworks, report clashes by discipline and track their resolution through coordination meetings.
- Maintain model standards, families, templates and naming conventions so the whole team works consistently.
- Coordinate models across disciplines and consultants, managing linked files, worksets and shared coordinates.
- Update models from design changes, RFIs and site conditions while keeping revision history clean.
- Extract quantities and schedules from the model for estimators and quantity surveyors.
- Create 4D sequencing or 5D cost links where the project requires them, using Navisworks or Synchro.
- Audit models against ISO 19650 and the client's BIM standards and fix issues before issue.
- Support site teams with model views, laser scan comparisons and as-built model updates.

Requirements
- At least 5 years modelling in Revit on architectural, structural or MEP projects, with a portfolio of coordinated models.
- Proficient with Navisworks for clash detection and familiar with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud for collaboration.
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and structured BIM execution plans, with Dynamo or Revit API scripting a strong plus.
- A background in architecture, engineering or drafting with the ability to read and interpret consultant drawings.
- Clear English for coordination meetings, clash reports and written model issue notes.
- Careful, consistent and able to keep large models organised and performing well.
