Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs, massing studies and floor plans that respond to the client's brief, site and local planning controls.
- Produce planning and construction drawing sets in Revit or ArchiCAD to the standards and templates of the client's practice.
- Detail junctions, wall sections and finishes schedules to a level the builder can price and construct from.
- Coordinate structural, mechanical and civil consultant input and resolve conflicts before documentation is issued.
- Prepare presentation material including 3D views, renders and boards for client and council submissions.
- Research building codes, accessibility standards and planning requirements in the client's jurisdiction for the registered architect's review.
- Manage drawing revisions, issue registers and consultant transmittals throughout the project.
- Respond to builder RFIs with sketches and clarifications approved by the project architect.
- Prepare material and product selections with samples, specifications and cost implications for client decisions.
- Support tender and contract administration with drawing updates and site instruction sketches.

Requirements
- A degree in architecture and at least 5 years of design and documentation experience in an architectural practice, with a Philippine licence an advantage.
- Highly proficient in Revit or ArchiCAD, with SketchUp, Enscape or Lumion for presentation work and Adobe suite for boards.
- A portfolio of residential or commercial projects taken from concept through construction documentation.
- Familiarity with international building codes, or the ability to learn the client's local code quickly, working under the client's registered architect.
- Excellent English for presenting design ideas, writing drawing notes and coordinating with consultants and builders.
- Strong design sense balanced with practical detailing knowledge.
