Responsibilities

  • - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • - Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • - Create and curate high-quality content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and interactive media.
  • - Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • - Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns.
  • - Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
  • - Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • - Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
  • - Develop and manage social media crisis communication strategies and response protocols.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • - Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • - Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • - Analytical mindset and proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
  • - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative social media strategies.
  • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • - Experience in social media advertising and proficiency in ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus.
