Responsibilities

  • Keyword Research and Analysis:
  • - Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases with high search volume and low competition.
  • - Analyze keyword trends, search intent, and user behavior to inform content strategy and on-page optimization efforts.
  • On-Page Optimization:
  • - Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve organic search visibility and ranking for target keywords.
  • - Ensure website structure, navigation, and internal linking are optimized for search engine crawlers and user experience.
  • - Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance search engine results page (SERP) visibility and click-through rates.
  • Content Development and Optimization:
  • - Develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords, search intent, and user needs.
  • - Optimize content for relevancy, readability, and engagement, incorporating keywords naturally and strategically.
  • - Update and refresh existing content to improve search rankings, user engagement, and website authority.
  • Technical SEO:
  • - Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues related to website crawlability, indexing, and site speed.
  • - Optimize website performance, server response times, and mobile-friendliness to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
  • - Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations, such as canonical tags, redirects, and XML sitemaps.
  • Link Building and Off-Page Optimization:
  • - Develop and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites and relevant industry sources.
  • - Monitor backlink profiles, disavow toxic links, and evaluate link equity to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
  • - Engage in outreach activities, guest blogging, and content promotion to increase brand visibility and attract organic traffic.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant work experience or certifications may be considered.
  • - experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance and rankings.
  • - Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • - Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimization.
  • - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate SEO recommendations to stakeholders.
  • - Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
  • - Knowledge of local SEO, international SEO, and multi-lingual SEO strategies is a plus.
  • - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in SEO implementation, tracking, and reporting.
  • - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
