Position responsibilities
Our HR admin support virtual assistant provides general administrative assistance to HR teams and executives. They handle tasks like scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and keeping HR operations organised and efficient.
Our HR admin assistant VAs can handle everything below and more:
- Manage HR executives’ calendars and meeting agendas, and arrange travel or registration for HR conferences or training sessions as needed.
 - Prepare basic HR reports (e.g. headcount, attrition rates) by compiling data from HR systems for management review.
 - Perform clerical duties such as filing paperwork, drafting routine correspondence, and maintaining office supplies, so the HR team can focus on strategic work.
