Position responsibilities
Our engineering quality assurance support virtual assistant assists with QA/QC processes by reviewing project documents for accuracy and compliance. They help manage checklists and coordinate audits to ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.
Our engineering QA VAs can handle everything below and more:
- Review project documentation (plans, calculations, test results) for completeness and correctness, flagging any missing approvals or inconsistent data.
- Use QA checklists to verify that all steps in the quality control process have been followed (e.g. design reviews, peer checks) before an engineering deliverable is finalised.
- Compile quality reports or summaries for project managers, noting any issues found and corrective actions taken, which supports continuous improvement in the firm’s processes.
