Position responsibilities
Our building quality control support virtual assistant helps ensure projects meet quality standards by assisting with inspections and documenting deliverables. They support compliance, accuracy, and consistent project oversight.
- Review project deliverables to ensure that materials, workmanship, and completed tasks meet the project’s quality specifications.
- Assist in creating quality control checklists and reports for the project manager, documenting any deviations from project specifications and ensuring that corrective actions are taken.
- Track and document quality issues throughout the project, maintaining a log of non-conformances, resolutions, and improvements, helping the team improve on future projects.
