E-Commerce Assistant VA

Responsibilities

• Product Management:
• - Upload new products to the e-commerce platform.
• - Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date.
• - Monitor inventory levels and update product availability as needed.
• Order Processing:
• - Process orders promptly and accurately.
• - Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment center for order fulfillment.
• - Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping.
• Customer Support:
• - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• - Address customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• - Assist customers with product selection and provide product information as needed.
• Marketing Support:
• - Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• - Create and schedule social media posts to promote products.
• - Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales performance.
• Administrative Tasks:
• - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• - Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer metrics.
• - Coordinate with vendors or suppliers as necessary.
